[ASME Sec.V Art.6] T-673.1 Water-Washable Penetrants. (a) Excess water-washable penetrants shall be removed with a water spray. The water pressure shall not exceed 50 psi (350 kPa), and the water temperature shall not exceed 110°F (43°C). T-673.2 Post-Emulsification Penetrants. (b) Hydrophilic Emulsification ~~ The pressures (water emulsifier and water spray) and temperatures (water and emulsifier) shall be in accordance with the requirements for water-washable penetrants.
